Tyson joined Trinity Partners as Senior Brokerage Associate in February 2024 where he represents sellers and buyers on single and multi-tenant net lease investment property transactions nationwide with a primary focus in the Southeast and East Coast regions. Tyson started his commercial real estate career in 2003 with The Shopping Center Group in Atlanta, GA on their investment sales team and helped execute approx. $130 million of net lease deals. In 2008, he relocated to Greenville, SC to start an investment sales and capital markets division for RealtyLink Development where he executed more than 250 net lease deals totaling approx. $1.25 billion. In 2023, he joined Secure Net Lease as Executive Vice President working on net lease retail investments. Tyson’s responsibilities over the years have included analyzing, researching, marketing and brokering diversified commercial assets nationwide; generating offers and negotiating LOI’s with buyers, sellers and brokers; management and growth of business relationships and investment product; and sourcing debt and equity capital for commercial projects.
