Tyler Thurlow is a Senior Director with L.A. Realty Partners specializing in office tenant and landlord representation and investment sales in the Greater Los Angeles area. Tyler is responsible for new business development and market specialization. As a member of L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has been involved in over 2 million square feet of total lease transactions. Prior to joining L.A. Realty partners, Tyler started his career in real estate with Marcus & Millichap specializing in investment sales. Since joining L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has represented various tenants from a wide variety of industries including law firms, medical, family offices, media, production, marketing and technology. Additionally, he represented institutional Landlords including The Irvine Company, Douglas Emmett, Brookfield Office Properties, CalSTRS, LaSalle Investment Management and multiple others with an aggregate square footage of over 5MM square feet. On behalf of the Irvine Company, Tyler played a vital role in leasing over 380,000 SF in a 14 month period at 2121 Avenue of the Stars. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Prior to his career in real estate, Tyler spent 10 years as a high-level executive with a well-known hospitality group based in Southern California and was responsible for large-scale contract negotiations and overall company operations of the 18 unit restaurant company. Tyler’s ultimate focus is on his client’s needs and customer satisfaction through skilled negotiation, honesty and hard work. Tyler lives in Manhattan Beach, California with his three children Ryan, Brody and Grayson.
