Tyler Thomas, JD, sales associate of Industrial Realty Solutions, Inc., specializes in the sale and/or leasing of warehousing and manufacturing facilities, flex space, industrial land, contractor yards, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), tenant representation, and industrial investment properties in the Tampa Bay MSA, including Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Pasco County, Polk County, Hernando County, Citrus County, Manatee County, and Sarasota County, Florida. Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida with minors in Real Estate and Business Administration. Tyler received his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law. He was awarded the Business Law Certificate. He was also a member of both the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and the Business Review. In addition, Tyler co-authored the article, “‘Certifying’ Documents via Third-party Software: Binding on the Court?” with William R. Wohlsifer of William R. Wohlsifer, P.A. It was published in both The Florida Bar Journal, and The Computer & Internet Lawyer. Tyler joined Industrial Realty Solutions in April 2015 and is a candidate for the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. The CCIM designation indicates that the designee has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Tyler was named the #3 industrial broker in Tampa Bay in 2022 by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (Regional Division).
