Tyler Roberts is one of the seemingly few natives of Florida being born and raised in Tampa. After graduating from Florida State University in 2005, he began his professional career in commercial real estate in Colliers Arnold where he worked directly with his father, Jim Roberts. Although his professional career officially started about ten years ago, Tyler attributes his real estate knowledge to a lifetime of holding dicta-phones and camcorders during family vacations in various markets within the US. His first task at Colliers Arnold was Shopping Center Leasing totaling more than one million square feet with numerous owners and developers, including; Echo Development, Maxcy Development, Realty Income Properties, Carlisle Retail Group, The Babock Company, Belleair Develpoment Group, DJM and others. Through his leasing success, Tyler began making strong relationships with both local and national retailers and restaurants that expanded his expertise into Tenant Representation and Development. Achieving a skill set in site selection and market analysis with new and existing market rollouts, Tyler assisted several tenants including Office Max, Ulta Cosmetics, The Sports Authority, Cobb Theatres, AT&T, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Hurricane Grill & Wings, and others. In his current position as Senior Associate with LandQwest, Tyler continues to represent an array of Tenants in their expansion in the state of Florida as well as owners/developers in their site selection, leasing, and disposition.
