Tyler Lyman

Tyler is an Executive Vice President and Partner at TRUE, concentrating on retail leasing and tenant representation. He brings over 15 years of retail transaction expertise throughout Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts to the TRUE team. Tyler’s primary responsibility is the formulation and implementation of the growth and expansion plans for numerous national retailers into the Connecticut and New York markets. His market knowledge and transaction expertise is heavily relied upon by his clients. A sample list of retailers with whom he exclusively represents includes: Harbor Freight Tools, Edge Fitness, Panera Bread, Heartland Dental, Mission BBQ, MyEyeDr and Market Place Kitchen & Bar. Tyler is also part of a leasing team that represents over 3,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout Connecticut and New York and is the lead contact for much of the teams portfolio of available space. With his direction, the team has successfully tenanted numerous shopping centers throughout the region.
