Tyler Kellerman

Tyler joined BND Commercial in January 2020 as a broker’s assistant determined to learn the commercial real estate industry from the ground up. During which time he attended Troyer Real Estate School and in July of 2020 he completed his licensing credentials at the top of his class. Since acquiring his license Tyler has been on a fast paced commercial real estate training program taking on any and every lead he can handle in efforts to gain as much general knowledge of the industry as possible. Tyler has been blessed to be closely mentored by the top producers and owners of BND, gaining their trust and confidence in handling the legwork of some of their biggest clients and transactions. Tyler specializes in local market analysis, investment transactions, industrial sales, and retail leasing. Prior to his real estate career, he attended IPFW for business management and hospitality management. After college he took his hospitality background into the casino industry where he then later became heavily involved in a successful network marketing company. Tyler was born and raised in Rockville, Indiana where he spent the early part of his life in the small rural Indiana community. Tyler’s openly transparent personality has enabled him to develop many deeply rooted friendships throughout Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas. Tyler and his wife Ting have been married since 2015 sharing their home with their beloved dogs, Caesar and Ollie. In 2022 the family grew with the addition of their first child Payton, they continue to grow together as a family of five each and every day.
