Tyler Dingel

Tyler Dingel is recognized as a leading broker in the retail, office, and investment markets. He leads a team credited with completing over 300 commercial real estate transactions valuing over $650,000,000 over the past three years. Tyler believes this team structure sets them apart from many in the industry allows them to respond quickly and accurately to the changing market trends. He has also been recognized among the top 30 retail performers across the Americas as well as one of the top ten retail performers in CBRE’s central United States region. Dingel received the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) Broker of the Year award in 2013 & 2019, Deal of the Year award in 2014 & 2010 and Rising Star Award in 2008. Additionally, Dingel has been instrumental in the greater Des Moines community. He is a Past President on the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) Board of Directors. Dingel volunteers his time as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and also served on the organization’s board of directors and was President of the Board in 2017. In 2011, Dingel was honored with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Volunteer of the Year Award. He has also been recognized by the Young Professionals Connection and was named as the 2010 Young Professional of the Year. Dingel was a member of the 2010 Forty Under 40 class.
