Tyler de la Pena is part of a team of commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and institutional clients, focused on occupier advisory services, representing the needs of tenants across South Florida. Tyler joined Colliers International after three years as a corporate real estate advisor with CBRE focusing exclusively on office tenant representation. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst at Marcus and Millichap focusing on investment sales in the Hotel sector. Tyler has seven years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry. He is a South Florida native, with a deep understanding of South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges, as well as the fastest growing and most challenging areas within the South Florida market. Tyler graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Tyler's financial background has proven beneficial in understanding the impact corporate real estate has on a business’s P&L and Balance Sheet, as well as the most ideal solutions to ensure corporate real estate is in line with, and contributing to the overall business goals.
