Whether it’s helping investors, luxury homebuyers, first-time homeowners, agriculture enthusiasts, or even those with a vision for raw land development, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in areas that go well beyond the usual scope. One of the proudest moments in my career so far was being able to sell one of the highest-priced publicly listed residential properties in Frederick County—a deal that really helped shape the next level of my real estate career. I grew up right here in Frederick, Maryland, and that’s where my heart is. I’ve spent my life immersed in this community, getting to know every street, every neighborhood, and most importantly, the people who call it home. That local connection has been a huge part of my success. I’ve worked across Frederick, Washington, and Montgomery County, and I’m also licensed in Virginia because I believe expanding my reach allows me to serve clients on a larger scale while still keeping things personal. While residential real estate has been a core part of what I do, over the past few years, I’ve made an aggressive jump into commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily sales and investing. I’ve always believed that to truly understand something, you need to live it—so I put myself in the investor’s shoes by purchasing and managing two apartment buildings myself, totaling 15 doors. It’s been hands-on, hard work, but I love it. This experience has given me an edge when it comes to working with investors, helping them identify opportunities, structure deals, and grow their portfolios. Whether it’s a client’s first investment or a seasoned investor adding to their portfolio, I take pride in offering honest advice, knowing I’ve been through the process myself. On top of my real estate work, I’m a Managing Shareholder and Head of Sales at Tomu, INC., a company that’s changing the game in luxury modular construction. Tomu focuses on building sustainable, high-end villas and hospitality lodging, and I’ve been lucky enough to help lead the charge on sales and business development. Working at Tomu has opened my eyes to how innovative design and construction can shape communities in entirely new ways. It’s also allowed me to strengthen my understanding of development, large-scale projects, and how to blend creativity with functionality.
