Tyler Bradford

He has worked with retailers of all shapes and sizes across the country. Through his years of experience, he has mastered the art and science of the deal. Tyler is a data junkie with a vast knowledge of demographic and psychographic analysis used to create and understand retail trade areas. He is able to use that data coupled with first hand market knowledge from Salt Lake City to the Atlantic Ocean. He started his career in 2004, in the real estate department at Books A Million. Most recently he was Vice President of Real Estate at Books A Million where he lead a team to grow the retailer’s footprint across the country and manage the existing portfolio of 250 stores. Tyler also spent five years as a retail broker, focused on tenant representation across the Southeast. He was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Birmingham News and BCRC in his first year and went on to win numerous Top Producer awards. Tyler earned the CCIM designation and has served on the Alabama Chapter’s board of directors. He is an active member of ICSC and has served on the Next Generation Planning Committee and as the Next Generation State Chair. He is a graduate of Leadership Vestavia Hills. He and his wife, Beth, have three children and attend Dawson Baptist Church. In his free time, Tyler can be found on a field coaching youth sports or on the water.
