Tyler Arsenault

Tyler Arsenault is the Director of Leasing and joined Retail Sites, LLC in 2016. He is responsible for leasing of the firm’s projects and assists in new project development activities. He has completed transactions with national, regional and local tenants. Tyler also identifies potential retail acquisitions and is responsible for market analysis and due diligence of several retail projects. Tyler is a graduate of Ursinus College with a B.A. in Business Economics. Prior to joining Retail Sites, LLC, Tyler completed an internship at Regional Capital Group as a junior associate in their single tenant NNN lease and EB-5 funding department. Tyler is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of the ICSC NextGen Program Planning Committee.
