Tye Smoole

Tye Smoole is a seasoned landlord with an extensive background in real estate. Born and raised as the son of a cattle rancher in Alberta, Canada, Tye Smoole spent most of his life in Phoenix, Arizona, building a portfolio of apartments. Now residing in La Jolla, California, with his wife, Helen, and their three children, he enjoys swimming, jogging, flying his small airplane, playing poker, tennis, and sharing meals and drinks with friends and family. Inspired by the numerous experiences and lessons he’s learned throughout his career, Tye Smoole is writing a book to entertain and educate readers, sharing stories that extend beyond the world of real estate.
