Ty Hensley

Ty Hensley’s focus in commercial real estate resides in developer representation, tenant representation and property acquisition/disposition. Ty has had the privilege of working alongside many different clients on both the local and national level. A few of those being Fifth Third Bank, Save A Lot, Suntrust Bank, Regions Bank, Lake Michigan Credit Union, Boost Mobile, Wild Fork Foods, Pelican Snoballs and more. Ty grew up in a small suburb south of Chicago, IL and now resides in Fort Myers, FL with his wife, Krista Hensley. Being that his father was small business owner, Ty was able to learn and grow in his passion for real estate at a young age. While attending Florida State University, he applied for an internship with Trinity Commercial Group. Before the end of his internship, Ty was asked to stay on and work with Trinity full time. After careful consideration and prayer Ty felt he had his dream job right in front of him and the position was too good to pass up.
