In 2022, Ty earned the Kidder Mathews “Big Hitter” award, a highly recognized accomplishment given to the top producers within in the company each year. In addition, Ty earned recognition as a CoStar “Power Broker” in 2018 and 2021. Since Ty started his brokerage career, he has been involved in 20 million square feet of real estate transaction with a total volume over $700 million.
