Troy Williams

Troy Williams is a senior managing director based in Newmark’s Newport Beach, California, office, where he represents both tenants and landlords in industrial sale and leasing transactions. A member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) in Southern California, he focuses his practice on the North Orange County and South Los Angeles County (Mid Cities) markets. Mr. Williams has extensive experience in disposition and acquisition strategies, consolidation analyses, sale-leaseback analyses, purchase analyses, marketing management and transaction processes. Throughout his career, he has represented private and publicly traded companies, regional and local corporations, national rest estate companies, family trusts, banks and developers. Prior to May 2012, Mr. Williams worked in Orange County for Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark. He began there in 1994 as an associate and was promoted to senior associate in January 1998 and senior vice president in December 2001. During his tenure, he was consistently a top producer and qualified multiple times for Grubb & Ellis’ Circle of Excellence award. Mr. Williams graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate. He is married and lives in Lemon Heights, California.
