Troy Weurding is the Designated Broker of Caliber Commercial. Troy graduated with an Engineering degree from the University of Southern California in 1996. He began his career in real estate in 1996, starting in the mortgage finance field, then in residential sales, and ultimately began his career in Commercial Real Estate with EBS & Associates in 2004. Troy has negotiated hundreds of transactions and is well-versed in Investment Sales, Office and Retail Leasing, Commercial Financing, and holds numerous personal commercial investments with his brother and business partner, Lance Weurding.
