As a multifamily specialist, Troy proudly guides his clients toward their long-term investment goals by utilizing his prior experience as a member of Marcus & Millichap San Diego’s top team, as well as his studies of the local and national multifamily markets. Troy graduated with a degree in business administration with an emphasis on real estate from the University of San Diego, where he played football. Troy is a member of Bogie Investment Group, a team within Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay office that specializes in multifamily investment properties throughout the Long Beach, South Bay, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. As of November 2019, BIG has transacted over $1 Billion of investment real estate across 529 transactions.
