Troy Pollet

Troy spent 10 years as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE, focusing on institutional agency leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. At CBRE, Troy was consistently a top producer and was named National Rookie of the Year. At Cruzan, Troy is principally involved with growing the firm’s Southern California platform. His focus of responsibilities include acquisitions and asset management in Los Angeles, as well as in other markets. Troy was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, attended University of Southern California, and currently lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife and two small children.
