Troy Muljat

Troy Muljat is the third generation of his family to follow their passion for real estate investment, sales, developing and managing properties throughout the Northwest. Troy is currently a level two candidate for the MAI, and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. He also achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) membership through the National Association of Realtors. His specialties include feasibility studies and detailed research, appraisals, development and management of commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, retail development, hotels, all types of commercial land, income property and medium to large multi-family complexes. Additionally, Troy specializes in brokerage of new construction, both single-family subdivision development and multi-family brokerage and development. His knowledge of property values and potential for development is unsurpassed in cities and towns throughout the United States with populations up to 300,000 people. With a commercial fishing background, Troy understands the value of dedication, and working until the job is finished. He has also committed his time and effort towards improving the community in which he and his family lives, serving as Chairman of the Bellingham/Whatcom County Chamber of Commerce, and numerous other local committees. As owner and CEO of the Muljat Commercial Real Estate Group, Troy’s vision, leadership, honesty and integrity over the past twenty years has established his company as a leader in both the commercial and residential real estate industry.
