Troy Humphrey

Troy Humphrey joined Land Run Commercial in 2011. His responsibilities include brokerage, project management, property management, consulting and feasibility analysis. He is also involved in the financial aspect of the business assisting in the creation of pro formas and financial packages for lenders, investors, clients, etc. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Humphrey was active in real estate development in the Seattle/Tacoma area. He entered the real estate industry as the Acquisition Manager for one of Washington’s largest residential home builders. Within 3 years, Troy acquired over 500 lots in western Washington. In 2008, Mr. Humphrey started his own firm, Humphrey Consulting. With a select group of clients, Mr. Humphrey provided advisory and project management services on large scale, mixed use projects ranging from $300 million to $1 billion. A native Oklahoman, Troy was an honor graduate from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Business Administration and is a married father of two. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) credentials.
