Trisha Kidd

As an Associate Broker for Treystar, Trisha Kidd’s responsibilities include brokerage, leasing and ongoing property development. She joins the team with over 23 years of real estate experience encompassing her tenure at Jaqua Commercial, Parkview Hills Management, Honigman LLP and RE/MAX Advantage. Trisha earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, along with an Executive Certificate of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business, a Paralegal Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from Kellogg Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the CCIM Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® (CAR), as well as the local, state and national real estate associations. Staying active and well connected within West Michigan is important to Trisha, who has served on many real estate committees and non-profit organizations. She continues to be a Pre-licensure Instructor for the Michigan Real Estate Academy through the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® (GKAR) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Michigan. Outside of her passion for real estate, volunteering, and community engagement, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Trever, and their two children.
