Trish Guerra

Trish Guerra is a 1994 USAF Academy graduate and has proudly served in the Air Force as a Cyber/Communications/IT Officer to include deployments to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. She obtained her MA in Computer Resources & Information Management in 1997 and a secondary BS in Electrical Engineering with a math minor from the University of Colorado in 2000. She retired in 2014 after serving in the military for 24 years. In 2001 she began investing in Commercial Real Estate with her business partners, with three buy/sells in 2017. Following her military retirement in 2014, she took over property management of their commercial properties valued at over $4M. Then in July of 2017 she obtained her Texas Real Estate License to expand representation of her clients into the residential market. Her husband, Eric Stubbs, is also a 1994 USAF Academy graduate, Air Force retiree, combat veteran, and Texas Real Estate Licensee. They are also the proud parents of two teenagers, Anari and Zorin.
