Trish Sanders Bowland has been a full time Realtor with Carolina Properties since May of 2012. In 2015, she obtained her broker’s license, and am now the Broker-in-Charge. She absolutely love her job. She enjoys working with all areas of Real Estate, but she especially enjoy Residential sales and purchases. Being a 4th generation Andersonian, she finds a great deal of pleasure in introducing our area to new people. In addition to being a listing and buyer’s agent, she also like the challenges of property management. She strives to provide excellent service and treat her clients like she would want her family to be treated.
