Trish Beeman is a real estate broker and strategist who is passionate about systems and building top-producing rental portfolios. She is the managing broker of The Beeman Group, LLC, an associate broker with Renters Warehouse – Atlanta and the chief operating officer for The Beeman Group at Keller Williams Peachtree Road. A graduate of University of South Florida with a BA in Journalism and a master’s in international Affairs & Systems Analysis from Georgia Tech, she has combined all that knowledge and used it to her advantage in real estate. Prior to getting into real estate, Trish worked as a news writer, producer, and reporter. She left corporate media life to follow her real estate passion and has blazed a path of success. She currently leads the top producing team for Renters Warehouse Atlanta where she handles the acquisition and marketing of rental properties in 5 major metro Atlanta counties. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Beeman Group where she oversees strategy and operations In her previous work as a consultant and a corporate leader she has collaborated with both small companies and large corporations focused on solving problems, finding efficiencies as well as attracting, training, and promoting talent. A natural born problem solver she is quick to see the gaps in systems and creating ways to improve them.
