A licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas, Tripp specializes in land transactions and investment sales. He loves the challenge of sourcing off-market deals for clients and is knowledgeable in completing 1031 exchanges. With a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, dedication to problem-solving with a "make it happen" attitude, Tripp creates value for his clients. He is extremely personable and highly values both historic as well as new relationships. Tripp was the development manager for Revive Development, prior to joining The Blue Ox Group. Specializing in lifestyle retail and inner-city redevelopments, Tripp was involved with all aspects of the development process including site selection, due diligence, design, permitting, contractor buy out on through to project completion. He looks forward to bringing his knowledge about development and construction to better serve his clients.
