Black Tie Real EstateFort Worth, TX (682) 704-8789
ABOUT

Trinity started his real estate career in Arizona in 2012, where he cut his teeth providing full-service property management for 750,000 square feet of Class A and B investment properties comprised of an Industrial park and several Office properties, including a trophy, class A, 17-story high-rise office building in Mesa, Arizona. In 2018, Trinity joined Steve Fithian of SVN | Trinity Advisors for the next 5+ years, during this time placing millions of dollars of private equity, closing hundreds of millions in transactions, and arranging millions of dollars in loans. This unique role also required managing a large portfolio of dozens of commercial assets across the United States, providing asset management and good advice, and both preventing and solving problems creatively, and successfully. In 2024, Trinity joined Black Tie Real Estate after serving with Black Tie's founding Member, John Laudenslager, on the board of the Society of Commercial Realtors in Fort Worth. Both growth and service focused, Trinity and John are now focused on building the Commercial arm of Black Tie, and serving a larger share of Fort Worth community.
