Trigger Reital is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Tenant Advisory Group, assisting occupier clients in making strategic real estate decisions regarding their Full Service Real Estate Strategies. From 2014 to 2017 Trigger served as Market Leader and Managing Director of the Cushman & Wakefield Utah offices. In this capacity, Trigger collaboratively worked with all Cushman & Wakefield Market Leaders, property services, and all service lines to grow market share for both investors and occupiers in Utah. Trigger also directed business development, recruiting, key client relationships and supports all business lines. Trigger has 20 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the western region, representing tenants with lease renewals and restructuring, facility relocation, laboratory and R&D, property sales, build-to-suits, and workplace strategies. This, coupled with his talent and professionalism, puts Trigger in a unique position to assist brokers in growing their business and taking Newmark into the next phase of growth and prominence. Prior to joining Newmark in 2020, Trigger worked as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2012 to 2020 and Vice President with the Walnut Creek, CA office of Colliers International before that.
