Trey Erwin, SIOR

Trey Erwin is a Principal of Industrial Corporate Services for Lee & Associates – Houston’s Industrial division covering the Greater Houston Area encompassing the South/Southeast Texas regions. In Greater Houston, his primary focus is the East/Southeast (Port Area) Submarket as well as the Southwest Submarket. Since 2011, Trey has negotiated over 350,000,000 square feet in industrial lease and sale transactions. Erwin utilizes his finance and development background to facilitate the entire industrial development process, from locating land parcels to completing lease or sale of the project. Trey is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an exclusive, nationally recognized organization whose members produce at the top of their respective markets while upholding the highest ethical standards. Trey and daughter, Carlisle, reside in Spring Valley and are active members of Second Baptist Church.
