Trey Dove joined Capital Real Estate Group in 2023 after nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield. With a focus on serving occupiers in the Southeast, Trey is dedicated to providing his clients with exceptional service. Drawing on a background in real estate research and analytics, Trey drives value for his clients by ensuring that they have the knowledge they need to make informed real estate decisions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Trey was an analyst at Real Estate Resource Group where he managed enterprise-wide audit campaigns on a national and international scale for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Trey has also served as a Research Manager and Analyst with the CoStar Group where he was praised for his ability to create an accurate picture of a given market by capturing a large breadth and depth of real estate information and dissecting trends. Trey grew up in Augusta, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia, double majoring in Economics and Real Estate. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Jessica, have two daughters, Natalie and Victoria, and an English Bulldog named George.
