Trey Blasingame provides industrial real estate brokerage services for KBC Advisors to owners and users throughout the Austin market. Focusing on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales, Trey’s scope of the market brings a robust knowledge base to his clients. His diverse background provides him with the necessary tools to negotiate new leases, renewals, expansions, and underwrite any commercial real estate investment opportunity. Prior to working at ECR, Trey worked for Stream Realty’s industrial brokerage team here in Austin and has experience working with Cushman & Wakefield as an industrial & office investment sales intern in their Atlanta office. Trey’s strong work ethic, market knowledge, and relationship maintenance skills enable him to successfully meet his client’s requirements routinely. Trey is currently a member of the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a Finance concentration from the University of Georgia. Trey’s passions outside the business include golfing, soccer, UGA football, mountain biking, and skiing.
