Trevor Franke

Trevor Franke is a Managing Director for Agency Leasing based in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for a team of four that specializes in Class A and Class B office building leases. Trevor currently manages four million square feet of listings. Trevor has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in 1995 with Fischer & Company where he focused on representing tenants until 2004. Trevor then joined Peloton Commercial Real Estate and worked his way to being a Partner. Peloton was acquired by JLL in 2019. At Peloton, Trevor worked in Agency Leasing and represented tenants.
