Trevor Caster

Mr. Caster has acted as the primary agent representing the Seller and/or the Buyer in over $540,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions and has been a participating senior member of brokerage groups during the sale of over $1,000,000,000 of commercial real estate. He maintains a Designated Broker license in Idaho, Washington and Utah, and is a licensed salesperson in California. From 2008 through 2011 Mr. Caster was a member of the Investment Services Group and launched the Self Storage & MHRV Groups at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate in Boise, ID. He consistently ranked as a top producer out of 20 senior agents and in 2010 he was the top producing agent in the firm. From 2002 to 2008 Mr. Caster was an Investment Consultant at DC Commercial in Los Angeles, CA where he specialized in the sale and acquisition of shopping centers in Los Angeles County. In 2006 he was awarded the title of Vice President of Investment Sales. Trevor graduated Cum Laude from Pepperdine University Malibu and London in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with an emphasis in real estate and international finance. Personal: Trevor Caster is a fourth generation Idahoan and currently resides in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and their daughter. He enjoys traveling, mountain biking, hiking and snowmobiling.
