In over 33 years of commercial brokerage experience in the Denver market, Mr. Brown is consistently a leader in the marketing of commercial properties. 1970-1972, high school mathematics teacher and faculty member of the Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut. In mid-1972, joined Fulenwider Management and Development Company and was active in condominium sales and management at Copper Mountain ski area. In 1974, joined Grubb & Ellis. Activities included the sales and leasing of retail and office projects, tenant representation, consulting with developers on project development, etc. 1980-1987, sales and leasing agent with Fuller and Company, Colorado’s largest commercial, industrial, and investment real estate firm. 1987-1989, cable television broker with Daniels and Associates, the leading investment banking firm in the cable industry. Sold over $40 million worth of cable systems. 1989 founded The Brown Company. December 1992, rejoined Fuller and Company.
