Treva Ghattas

Treva Ghattas joined Murphy Commercial Real Estate to build on her solid background of success in workplace strategy and real estate optimization. She makes the process of expanding, relocating or building a new location smoother so her clients can remain focused on their core business. She works with businesses across many disciplines, including office, medical, education, non-profit, manufacturing and hospitality. Some of her longstanding clients include Johns Hopkins Hospital, APL, University and School of Medicine, MedStar, Brown Advisory, Tenable, and JLG, to name a few. Prior to getting her real estate license, she ran a commercial furniture and architectural products dealership. She was involved in managing the design department and adding project management capabilities after expanding to a second location in Baltimore City. She is still working with clients to furnish their workplaces and is active in ULI Baltimore. In her spare time, Treva is on the Chesapeake Bay boating and wakesurfing with her family. As a resident of Little Italy, Baltimore she is also a city dweller and runs an AirBnb so that others can experience the vibrant culture of Baltimore.
