Trent provides a unique perspective in advising clients with leasing and acquisition/disposition projects. As a former attorney, he is skilled in balancing creative vision with realistic deal-making. His clients are diverse across product types including corporate office, multi-market healthcare clinics, and retail. He has extensive experience in adaptive reuse projects with mixed components of both creative office and amenity retail. Away from work, Trent values spending quality time with his wife, Alex, and their two children. He’s a frequent jogger, an avid sports fan, and enjoys travel adventures with his family. Trent appreciates the creative culture in Music City and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville.
