Trent Wylde

Trent M. Wylde joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1995 and serves as Senior Vice President, specializing in the industrial market for the Inland Empire. In his role, Trent manages diverse industrial development projects and the leasing and asset management of a portfolio of more than 17.5-million-square-feet of industrial buildings in Chino and Ontario, Calif. A member of the Inland Empire Chapter of NAIOP since 2000, he served as the organization’s President in 2007. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Trent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real property development and finance.
