Trent Taylor

Trent Taylor is Executive Vice President, Asset Management at National Healthcare Properties, Inc., a healthcare-focused real estate investment trust. He is responsible for asset management across the company’s senior housing and outpatient medical portfolios, including leasing, portfolio performance, and execution of asset-level strategies. Taylor has over 17 years of experience in healthcare real estate, with a background spanning asset management, development, transactions, and leasing. Prior to joining National Healthcare Properties, he held roles with Onyx Equities, The KABR Group, and The Hampshire Companies, where he focused on commercial real estate asset management and investment activities across multiple property types. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance from the University of Central Florida.
