Treat has concentrated on third party brokerage of industrial real estate in the Memphis Metro area since 1985. He has leased, subleased or sold in excess of 16 million square feet in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Treat has been the annual recipient of the Largest Industrial Transaction Award within CORFAC International 6 times. He is a former Director and Treasurer of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS, served as President of the Memphis Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, as President of the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter, as Vice-Chairman of the Grievance Committee, as Vice-Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, as Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee, and as Director of the Commercial Council of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS.
