Upon graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Watts joined the firm of Lee & Associates on an internship basis to gain a fundamental understanding of the commercial real estate business. Mr. Watts was hired as an Associate Broker and immediately focused on the exclusive representation of landlords and tenants within the South Orange County Market. Mr. Watts is constantly identifying new opportunities and finding value-add opportunities for his clients through daily canvassing and prospecting. His day to day awareness of tracking available space and upcoming alternatives has saved clients time by staying on top of the market availabilities that meet their requirements. By creating competition among landlords and buyers, each new lease or purchase is highly leveraged to get the best deal for each client.
