Travis Gage

Focusing on agency leasing and tenant representation for Class A and B office owners and occupiers, Travis Gage leverages his knowledge of office related commercial real estate assets to produce proficient and innovative solutions for his clients. Since joining CBRE’s Kansas City’s Advisory and Transaction Services team, Mr. Gage has completed local and corporate transactions totaling more than $50 million. Previous experience with CBRE included serving as an account dedicated transaction manager and analyst for McKesson, a Fortune 15 client based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Gage advised the client on overall real estate strategy for a portfolio of more than 900 leased or owned properties throughout the United States and Canada. He facilitated more than 150 transactions, focusing primarily on traditional and medical office space. Since moving to the Kansas City office, he has continued to facilitate transactions for McKesson on a local and national scale across their portfolio – transactions that include medical office, hospital/oncology, and pharmaceutical fulfillment and distribution. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gage was a regional manager for Berkeley Capital, overseeing commercial assets throughout New Mexico and South Texas.
