Travis Dunn is a commercial real estate veteran with 20+ years of brokerage experience and a year-over-year track record of delivering results. Travis understands that the retail & hospitality sector is fluid, constantly applying a forward-thinking approach instead of a reactionary one. Travis started his career with Vanguard Investment Properties, working in multi-family investment sales and site acquisition for new development projects. He then created a retail-specific landlord-agency specialty division focused on key portfolios for existing investor clients. In 2014, Travis joined Newmark as Managing Director servicing retail landlords and successfully leasing more than 1,000,000 square feet for his clients such as Ralph's-Kroger, Inland America, InvenTrust, Burnham USA, Wells Fargo, Essex Property Trust, and Westwood Financial among many others. In 2017, Travis served as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail for SVN in Orange and San Diego Counties. He led their Retail Services Group, focused on selling and leasing properties that included regional malls, power centers, outlet malls, neighborhood shopping centers, lifestyle shopping centers, and prime urban retail products. In January 2018, Travis was awarded Co-Star's Power Broker designation (top 1% of all Retail Brokers.) In 2023, his retail team received CoStar's Lease Transaction of the Year - Boise MSA for his PGA Tour Superstore transaction. Travis has completed more than 1,280 combined lease and sale transactions over $1,450,000,000 throughout his career.
