Travis Conley

Travis Conley founded Conley Management Group by integrating his experience in real estate, asset management, and construction to develop a full service real estate management and leasing platform. By combining the relative aspects from all sectors he has developed a broad scope of services across all aspects of the business; Property Management, Leasing, Design and Construction. As President, Travis is responsible for the firm's operation and management across all service sectors in which he provides a detailed focus on customer service and investment goals. Travis holds an undergraduate degree in Economics & History from Rutgers University and has worked in in asset management roles at Merrill Lynch and Great Hill Equities. Travis then pursued his Masters in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama and focused on building his career in the construction and real estate industry. In 2012 he went to work for Great Hill Equities a fully integrated real estate development, construction, and management firm based in New York City were he managed the firms construction and real estate operations. Travis supervised the development, leasing, and management of the residential, retail, and commercial portfolios. Under his management the firm experienced substantial growth in its asset base and income streams. Travis to this day continues to work with Great Hill Equities and its affiliate companies in the management and leasing of their assets. Travis has a unique set of skills and resources that sets him apart from other builders, brokers, and managers. Travis prides himself on being able to work with his clients through the entire life cycle of a property.
