Travis Conley for 15+ years has been managing all leasing, development, and management for AENA Management Corp.'s real estate holdings. Travis holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and History from Rutgers University and earned his Master’s degree in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama. In 2010, he joined AENA Management Corp a vertically integrated real estate owner and operator based in New York City that specializes in real estate investment, development, operations, and property management. Travis takes the lead on managing the firm's real estate investments, construction projects, development initiatives, and leasing transactions. AENA is a full-service owner, builder, and operator of commercial and multifamily real estate assets throughout the NYC Metro Area. We create value for the portfolio's real estate assets and tenants through advanced management capabilities, integrated service operations, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver the highest standards of service & quality. Rooted in the development and construction industries, we have expanded our services to operate as vertically integrated real estate firm by providing, property management, commercial leasing, and facility maintenance & operations. Each service offering is a natural extension of our hands-on experience, technical proficiency, and management experience.
