Trauger Ralston has over 9 years of Industrial Real Estate experience. A graduate of Occidental College, Trauger has a history of Real Estate that has been passed throughout his family. His father, a real estate Attorney and his Mom a property manager have represented and owned industrial properties for Trauger’s entire life. Being around Industrial product has rubbed off on Trauger. After graduating, he went to work for The Heger Company in 2005, obtaining Century Club Honors in 2007 and Senior Associate in 2008. He was later recruited by Lee & Associates in 2010, where he continues to be one of the leading Associates in Real Estate Transactions each year since his recruiting and currently holds a Principal/Shareholder Designaton position. His move to the South Bay Lee & Associates office has allowed him better access to his South Bay clients and has also provided the Lee & Associates national network. The lee network has helped him better service his clients by giving him access to local experts in other markets including Las Vegas, Orange, Newport Beach, Palm Desert, Oakland and Downtown Los Angeles. In his eight years he has completed over 120 transactions with a combined value of over $50,000,000. In addition, he exclusively represents two portfolios which hold over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial space in the Southern California Market. When Trauger isn’t working he can be found playing golf or spending time with his family. Trauger takes an active role in the life of his three young children, his daughters Devin is three, Elyse is six months, and his son Owen is five, by coaching AYSO soccer, volunteering at school, and helping with other extracurricular activities. Trauger Ralston spent 4 years starting in 2005 specializing in industrial real estate in the Central Market. In 2009 he decided to focus on properties located in the South Bay market of Los Angeles. Working two markets has given him the advantage of knowing two markets that often times intersect. He is an agent who deals in Tenant and Landlord representation with a focus in Investment, logistic based operations and specializing in recycling users. Trauger using his experience from his family, brokerage, and property ownership/management has retained a great deal of experience with Development, Management, Investment and Leasing.
