Tracy Rutherford

Tracy Rutherford has been with Crest since 2011 and currently serves as Vice-President. Tracy began her real estate career with The Beerman Realty Company leasing space for their commercial portfolio. Tracy has many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry leasing and selling retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. Tracy attended Ohio University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University. Tracy is the former President of the I-70/75 Development Association and an active community volunteer.
