Townsand Cropsey is a seasoned retail real estate specialist with over a decade of experience in the Southern California market. Since joining SRS Real Estate Partners in April 2013, Townsand has established himself as a trusted advisor to some of the nation’s leading brands, including Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, Planet Fitness, America's Tire Co., McDonald's, Walgreens, and Taco Bell just to name a few. Townsand’s approach combines market insight, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset to create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. He's been publicly recognized by McDonald's Restaurants due to his creative approach to growing their restaurants in markets that are incredibly hard to penetrate. Specializing in drive-thru restaurants, pad buildings, Townsand is known for his deep knowledge of retail shopping centers and deep landlord relationships which foster his retail client's expansion plans. His extensive market expertise spans from Bakersfield to the southern border of California, where he delivers exceptional results for his clients in both leasing and acquisition strategies. Townsand has received several awards including: SRS Top Achiever Award (2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022) SRS Top Producer Award (2019) CoStar Power Broker Award (2017) Townsand has a bachelor’s degree in public administration and master's degree in real estate and finance from the University of LaVerne. He is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate of Southern California. He is a native of the Inland Empire now living in Orange County, an avid outdoorsman and traveler, and enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and watersports with his wife and his three children.
