Tori Mathews

Tori is an experienced property management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at Spigel Properties, Tori has been with the company since July 2023, bringing over a year of expertise in managing multiple properties across the region. In addition to her managerial role, she also holds the position of Assistant Property Manager at Spigel Properties, where she has contributed since June 2022. Her work involves overseeing property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing the performance and value of the properties under her management. Before transitioning into the property management field, Tori gained valuable experience in the legal sector as a Junior Legal Assistant at Allensworth | Texas Construction Lawyers from July 2021 to June 2022. Here, she honed her organizational skills and attention to detail, which have since proven invaluable in her current real estate role. Tori’s career also includes a strong academic background in business law. While attending Stephen F. Austin State University, she served as a Business Law Tutor, where she applied her critical thinking and teaching skills to support students through one-on-one and group tutoring sessions. Earlier in her career, Tori worked as an Internship Receptionist at Nacogdoches Sheet Metal and Plumbing, where she gained exceptional customer service skills and developed proficiency with various technological applications, such as Microsoft Excel, to track inventory and schedule appointments. Tori graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she was also named a University Scholar. During her time at the university, she was involved in several extracurricular activities, including Phi Beta Lambda, the Pre-Law Society, Cheerleading, Moot Court, and the Economics Reading Group. Her diverse experiences in both the legal and real estate fields, combined with her strong academic foundation, make Tori a well-rounded professional dedicated to delivering results and exceeding expectations in every aspect of property management.
