Tonya Spangler is Vice President of Leasing & Sales for the Illinois, Michigan, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia portfolio and Senior Property Manager for properties in Illinois and Pennsylvania. She brings over 25 years’ professional experience in sales and management. As a veteran real estate manager, Ms. Spangler contributes informed expertise in operations, budgeting, financial objectives, and leasing. She joined SugarOak in 2005 and focuses on Tenant and Landlord relationships while promoting development, sales, and marketing efforts aimed at increasing value. Ms. Spangler negotiates and structures leases, renewals, and sale transactions with national, regional, and local businesses and oversees third party brokers to execute Company strategies. Prior to joining the SugarOak team, Ms. Spangler developed a diverse skillset with leadership positions in marketing communications, retail management, shopping center management and as a licensed Realtor. Ms. Spangler is a graduate of California University of PA where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
