Tonya Gottesman

Tonya Gottesman is a Vice President at CBRE. Her focus is office product, representing various clients with investment sales, build-to-suits, tenant representation, and agency landlord assignments. Tonya began her real estate career as a college intern at CBRE in Dallas, Texas. She learned real estate from the ground up, from driving and walking office buildings to cataloging information. After Dallas, she moved to Los Angeles in 2000. While there, Tonya worked at the CBRE headquarters located in Downtown Los Angeles. She focused on large-scale tenant representation and corporate service assignments, such as U.S. Bank and Fox Broadcasting Company. Following her time at the L.A. office, she moved to the Torrance office of CBRE, where she performed retail and office brokerage, representing landlords and tenants, including Arden Realty and Kilroy Realty. Due to her productive work with landlords, she moved on to work with a private-principal owner, who managed and operated his properties. This experience gave her the ability to learn different nuances from an owner’s perspective. Clients rely on her knowledge and expertise in the market. As well as appreciate her thoroughness in the process of any real estate transaction. During her spare time, she enjoys time with her three girls and husband. She is an avid runner and loves the outdoors. Although not affiliated with anyone organization, Tonya enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers her time at various events around Las Vegas.
