Tony Russell

As Managing Director for JLL, Tony Russell is a member of the San Diego Agency Leasing team. Tony specializes in the leasing of Class A and B office developments throughout Central San Diego County. Tony represents his clients in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction/ ground-up development, build-to-suits, repositioning assets, investment and owner-user sales. He has transacted more than 5 million feet of lease and sales transactions with a value exceeding more than $1.8 billion. Prior to joining JLL, Tony was with BRE Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) for 11 years. Prior to that Tony was with Grubb & Ellis Company in Phoenix, Arizona for 2 years. Tony graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Minor in Marketing and Real Estate and is a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Arizona State University Alumni Association.
