Tony Pierangeli

Tony attended the University of Colorado and has been in the commercial real estate business since 2000. Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, Tony worked for Goldberg Properties and Pace Properties where he specialized in third-party leasing and tenant representation. Tony’s expertise in third-party leasing and Tenant Representation has been and continues to be fueled by his market knowledge and a clear understanding of his client’s needs. He has developed major market entry and repositioning strategies for national-level clients in Colorado, Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming. Consistently helping his clients succeed, Tony has regularly been named an SRS Top Achiever (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020). Tony graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Economics. While at the University of Colorado, he was on the track and cross country teams. He helped train Ralphie IV, the University’s official mascot. Tony is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves on the board for Clothes to Kids of Denver, a non-profit that provides free clothing to underprivileged youth in the Denver area.
